Families who need childcare assistance can create an account through Michigan’s childcare assistance system and complete the application online. If you are new to the process, follow the instructions provided through the DHS/childcare assistance portal to create your account and submit your application.
Once your childcare assistance has been approved, you can submit your authorization information through the designated process provided by Brainiacs Clubhouse. Any additional information needed for your child’s enrollment or account will be available through the Parent Portal.
All tuition, billing information, balances, and payment options can be accessed through your Parent Portal. Your Parent Portal will provide the most up-to-date information regarding your account.
Brainiacs Clubhouse provides care and educational programming for children from infancy through school age, with age-appropriate activities and learning experiences designed to support each stage of development.
Yes! Brainiacs Clubhouse provides meals for children enrolled at our Detroit location. Current meal schedules and menus are available through the Parent Portal for families to view.
